Join us for the 3rd annual Indigenous and Proud, now expanded to two vibrant locations: Kamloops and Oliver. This year’s celebration promises to be the most spectacular yet, featuring a dazzling lineup of Indigenous performers from Canada’s Drag Race. 

Each year, September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.

This event is produced by Rebellious Unicorns in partnership with Ella Lamoureux.

Featuring:

• 7+ Drag Performers including multiple from Canada's Drag Race
• An exclusive interview segment with host Ella Lamoureux, providing a unique opportunity to learn more about the performers and their inspiring journeys

Show Details:

• Multiple seating options:
  • VIP Inner Circle: Limited seats closest to the performers, includes a gift bag, dedicated seating and early entry - Doors at 4:30PM
  • General Admission: Limited seating around the inner circle, first come first serve - Doors at 5PM
  • Patio Seating: Reserved seats on tasting room patios, limited to 24 patrons per patio. Note: Alcohol purchased on patios must remain there. Patrons are free to join the general admission area but cannot take drinks with them. Doors at 4:30PM
• The performance will take place in the very middle of the Central Plaza
• This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly. No refunds for weather-related issues.

• Run time is approximately 3 hours with an intermission in the middle
• Food available on site for purchase

• Dress Code: Outdoor event, dress for the weather but still be fabulous
• The UnicornBooth - photobooth will be available and onsite
